Miller Lite Catfight: Best commercial ever
Tags: ads, sick sad world, girls, drunk
Is there anything better than two hot busty chicks ripping off their already tight clothes, jumping in a large outdoor fountain, beating each other up and then landing in wet cement? The only possible better scenario would be if we were invited to the altercation. This classic 2003 Miller Lite TV ad features two stunning models, blonde Tanya Ballinger and dark haired bombshell Kitana Baker battling over whether the said beverage “tastes great” or is “less filling.” With seemingly no other purpose than to grab men’s attention and try to program them into drinking Miller Lite, this ad is right up there with the best and worst of what advertising companies have to offer.
When it first aired during NFL playoff games, all the sexual aggression, bursting cleavage and simulated violence cause quite a media stir. The Milwaukee brewer even received upwards of 200 e-mails from angry viewers that thought the commercial crossed the decency line. I for one am glad that the beer company took the plunge, so to speak, and shared this wonderful bit of classic sexually charged advertising. What kind of country would the United States be if it were not for the objectification of women in advertising?
